PROVIDE FOR ALL COOLING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS TO BE LABELED WITH THE DATE AND TIME THAT THE COOLING PROCESS BEGAN, OR WHEN THE FOOD NEEDS TO BE DISCARDED. 750.140 ; IN ADDITION, I OBSERVED A SMALL CONTAINER OF SUGAR AND THREE LARGE BROWN BINS CONTAINING FOOD INGREDIENT TO BE NO LABEL. PROVIDE FOR ALL BULK FOOD BINS/CONTAINERS TO BE CLEARLY LABELED WITH THE COMMON NAME OF THE FOOD PRODUCT CONTAINED. 750.130 NEXT INSPECTION
